Drone Cinematography & Aerial Storytelling.
This body of work highlights my approach to drone cinematography and aerial storytelling, where motion and perspective drive emotion. Using the DJI Avata 2, I capture fast-paced, cinematic FPV footage that brings viewers directly into the scene—diving, orbiting, and flowing through spaces with precision and intent. My focus isn’t just on the shot; it’s on the story each flight tells. Through careful composition, movement, and lighting, I design immersive sequences that transform ordinary environments into living narratives built for today’s visual platforms.

Process
Each project starts with creative planning and environmental analysis, identifying the best way to frame motion as story—whether that’s a fluid sweep through a real-estate property, a high-energy fly-through of an event, or a slow-building reveal of a natural landscape. During flight, I use manual FPV control to craft expressive motion paths that mirror the rhythm and tone of the intended mood.
In post-production, I refine each sequence using DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe Creative Suite, applying cinematic color grades, stabilization, and custom sound design. I also integrate 3D-tracked titles or animated text when the project calls for it—blending storytelling and motion graphics into one cohesive experience.
Tools Used
- DJI Avata 2 (FPV Drone)
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
- Gyroflow for stabilization
- ND filters, LUTs, HDR color workflow
Key Skills Highlighted
FPV flight cinematography, narrative composition, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, and social video optimization.
Result
The finished edits combine cinematic intensity with narrative flow, designed for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Each flight sequence becomes more than an aerial view—it’s a short film told from the air, crafted to pull the viewer in and hold them there.
